Erica Rogero
Erica graduated with honors from the dental hygiene program at Santa Fe Community College and practiced in Gainesville before she joined our practice in 2005.  She is a hard worker, extremely reliable and knowledgeable about oral health, prevention and treatment options.

Erica enjoys educating patients about the importance of oral health, while she delivers dental care in a professional manner and with a warm and friendly demeanor.  Her beautiful bright smile and happy attitude will make your appointment a pleasant experience.

Erica believes in constantly improving her dental hygiene skills and knowledge by attending continuing education seminars.  She is an active member of the American Dental Hygiene Association, the Northeast Florida Dental Hygiene Association and is currently vice president of the St. Augustine Dental Hygiene Study Club.

Rachel McBane
Rachel, a native of the Jacksonville area, has been with our practice since 2008. She is an extremely dedicated professional, detail oriented and conscientious. Her love for her profession is evident in her demeanor, her patient education skills, her professionalism in everything she does.  Rachel has a good understanding of the intricacies of periodontal diseases and treatment options.

She is the periodontal hygienist in the office. Her warm smile and friendly attitude will definitely make your visit a pleasant experience!

Rachel obtained her dental hygiene degree from FCCJ and she also completed a Bachelor of Science degree in dental hygiene.  She prides herself as being an active member of the American Dental Hygiene Association as well as the Northeast Florida Dental Hygiene Association.

Megan Schenck
Megan started her career as a dental assistant and then persued and graduated from the dental hygiene program at Santa Fe Community College in Gainesville, Florida. She joined our practice in 2015. Her previous experience in home health service and as a dental assistant prepared her for patient care as a dental provider.

She is knowledgeable about oral health, prevention and various periodontal treatment options available for her patients. Her pleasant and approachable demeanor as well as her professionalism are traits that in-dear her to her patients as she educates them about oral health and oral care. A hard worker, dependable, reliable and loyal, Megan excels as a team player.

In an effort and desire to continue to improve her knowledge and skill, Megan attends continuing education courses and persues memberships in the local and national dental hygiene associations.

On a personal level, she loves animals, enjoys reading, fitness. and getting together with friends.
