When a tooth is missing or lost the remaining bone will atrophy or reabsorb over time. This often leaves an environment where there is poor quality or quantity of bone available for the placement of dental implants. In these situations, most patienys are not immediately candidates for placement of dental implants.

Today we have the ability to grow or replace bone where needed. This gives us the opportunity to place implants of the proper lenght and width. This allows for the restoration of missing teeth with more functional, natural, and esthetic prosthesis.
